As an indexer I work on projects from numerous publishers as well as individual authors. The publications I've indexed (that is, created the A to Z listing of terms & concepts discussed in the text so that readers might go directly to a section related to their information needs) have been in many different topics. While my work is heavily focused on computer-related publications, I have successfully created indexes for such diverse areas as Zen Buddhism; Cuba in the Post-Cold War era; and Postcard collecting.
